Not exactly, we run both flexible subscription and non-subscription meal plans. If you choose our subscription service, you may cancel or pause your subscription at anytime by logging in your account and visiting the "Manage Subscription" page or give us a call! We do expect atleast 1 order in 4 weeks from our Subscribers! More Details about the subscription plan discussed later in the FAQs.

Yes! You can customize your tiffin plan, once you select your Meal Plan, you will be prompted to the next page to customize your box where you choose your favorite dishes.
Your order is prepared fresh the same day it is delivered or shipped. In the wake of cooking the food the same day, we let it cool off before packing it in Meal Pouches, this procedure is vital in protecting the freshness of the food. For local pick ups we use recyclable plastic Containers and for all the orders suppose to be shipped through a courier, we use FDA approved food-safe meal pouches and are committed to minimal packaging that’s made mostly from recycled and recyclable materials. All our delivery are CARBON NEUTRAL.
*We do not ship the food in Plastic Container as they break to break very easily during the transit.
No! We have a strict policy against the use of food coloring, MSG, chemicals/preservatives, stabilizers, thickening agents, corn syrup, trans fats, artificial flavorings, and hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils.
Homestyle Food to us implies that the food nourishment is pure, freshly cooked, balanced, non-greasy, healthy, and delectable. We utilize fresh vegetables, fresh un-canned legumes and lentils, high-quality spices and whole wheat flour. Some dishes might require ghee, butter or nuts. Customers are requested to call us before placing the order, if they have any allergies related questions.
Generally, the food can stay fresh and healthy for 6-8days under proper refrigeration
For subscription Meal Plan, you would have to log into My Subscription to cancel, Suspend ot skip your services. All the orders placed on our website are just one time order. You would have to visit our website every to place your next order,
Storage: We deliver our tiffin's in grade containers/meal pouches and packaging. We advise that you store it in a refrigerator upon receiving the Meal box and then promptly warm when required. For Rotis or any bread, make sure to cover them appropriately before refrigerating to prevent it from hardening.
Reheating: We deliver our tiffin in microwave safe food grade containers (For Local) or FDA approved meal pouches (For Shipping). Which makes it easy to warm directly in the microwave, but make sure to remove the lid before microwaving. You can also warm the food by putting the meal pouches in the boiling water of 3-4 minutes. The recommended duration of microwaving food is 3 minutes. For Rotis, or bread warm in the microwave for 20 seconds or directly on the stovetop for 15 seconds on each side.

You are suppose to follow the process below: Choose a Meal plan weekly or One time> Click Customize your Box >Choose dishes from our menu > Proceed to make an online payment > Order complete. Roti or Rice are counted will be counted as one meal out of your meal plan. We do not send Roti or Rice if you have not added to your Meal plan.
The Weekly Subscription Plan is recurring order every week. You still have to visit to your account page to modify your order by selecting the dishes from our weekly updated Menu. You must modify the selection every week before your order date. Your credit card will automatically charged exactly after 1 week at the same time or the day of your first order.
FYI, here is a process to log into you subscription account and make changes to your selections every week, only works before your order is processed.
1. Click on My Subscription Tab.
2. Enter you email or phone. Code will sent to on your phone/email
3. Verify your code and get logged in to your account.
4. Click on Edit and select your choices and save. (please do not press Order Now)
5. You can also skip, pause or even cancel your subscription.
6. Make sure you change your selection on Thursday, Friday or before your order get processed. Every week, the order is generally processed at the same time and day every week.
on Saturday 11:59 pm for Monday Shipping or on Monday 11:59 pm for Wednesday Shipping. Please make sure you modify your order before the recurring charges. If you forget to modify the selection of the dishes, then the system will select dishes automatically based on your last order.
We change our the weekly Menu on Thursday. Order placed online between Thursday to Sunday by 10:00 pm for Monday Shipping and order placed between Monday -Wednesday by 12:00 pm will be shipped on Wednesday evening. You can pay using any credit or debit card, Apple pay, Amazon pay or PayPal online or over the phone. Our online Payment system is end-to-end encrypted secured via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption, and we do not store or see your credit card information.
The Orders that are placed from Thurs- Sunday will be shipped on Monday and the orders Placed on Mon-Tues will be on shipped on Wednesday. Late Wednesday orders will be shipped out on Thursday.
Orders will be delivered depending on the your Shipping options but not on the same day of shipping.

We offer fast and contactless delivery options and use top of the line packaging! Each box contains insulation liners and ice gel packs that keep all meals refrigerated and fresh during transit!
We will keep you updated about your order via email and provide you the tracking number once the order is shipped. We will send the total order together in a package all at once. For example, if you ordered a Small Tiffin which includes 5 meals, then all 5 meals will be sent to you in your package.
If you are not available to take the delivery, then we or the courier service will leave your tiffin outside your door or will be handed over to your concierge. We can also place it at strategic places based on your instruction to us or the carrier. But we don't intrude to private areas.
Yes we do, as long as you are living in United State. We offer next day Ground and One Day or 2 Day Air at a highly discounted price.
