We want to sincerely address a concern a few of you have faced recently. Due to extreme summer heat and unexpected delays from our shipping partner, UPS, some orders have unfortunately arrived spoiled. We truly understand how disappointing this can be and deeply regret the inconvenience caused.
Over the past two weeks, we’ve raised multiple complaints with UPS, but unfortunately have not received any resolution from their side. To better protect your meals, we’ve already increased the number and size of ice packs used in every box.
We have refunded all affected orders that included shipping insurance and will continue to stand by our promise of quality and customer care.
To minimize further issues, we are temporarily suspending 2-day shipping until the first week of September. All orders will now be shipped via 1-day Ground or 1-day Air service only.
We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure your meals arrive fresh and enjoyable.
